I know I’m not alone in my concern for the people of Haiti. I’ve always been encouraged by humanity in times of crisis (it’s the day to day the troubles me) but as a travel photographer who has spent years in troubled nations, I feel a emotional connection to the people effected by this disaster. I’m not in a position to pick up and join the relief effort on the trouble island… that’s not to say I can’t help, that we can’t help.
